Extended Care

Camp Fire USA makes every effort to ensure that families have access to KIDS CARE services during most school breaks, such as Teacher In-Service days, fall and spring breaks and conference weeks, and some holidays.  At these times we offer Extended Care options at certain sites. 

However, we do not offer services on the following holidays:

  • Labor Day*

  • Thanksgiving and the day after

  • Christmas Eve*

  • Christmas Day*

  • New Year's Day*

  • Memorial Day*

  • Independence Day*

Parents need to make other arrangements for child care on these dates.

*NOTE:  When one of these holidays falls on a weekend, we do not offer services on the day that holiday is officially observed.
