Registration for
Camp Fire USA's KIDS CARE program may be done:

At the
school site on certain dates only (check with the Camp Fire USA office
at 842-8787--Option #6, for dates and times for your school)

At the Camp
Fire USA main office at 1613 University NE, weekdays between 8:00 am and
5:00 pm
Registration
usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Please bring the following
information:

Parents'
names, work and contact information, and social security numbers
-
Names,
addresses, and home/work telephone numbers for at least three
emergency contacts
-
Name,
address, and home/work telephone numbers for at least one other person
who can act in the parent's place (an authorized agent)
-
Specific
health information on the child, including chronic conditions, allergies
and medications
-
Payment in
full for the child's registration fee and first week program costs (see Payment
Policy)
